Studio Policies

These policies exist to protect both your experience and my time. Please read them fully before booking.
🔐 Booking Requirements

I only accept custom black ink designs.

I do not offer:
  • Finger tattoos
  • Color tattoos
  • Cover-ups
  • Touch-ups on work by other artists

Inquiries must include:

  • A clear description of your idea
  • Photo of placement area
  • Size, placement, references (if any)

I reserve the right to decline any project at my discretion.

💸 Deposits

  • A $100 non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
  • Deposits go toward your final price.
  • Payment options: Venmo, Zelle, or Square for international clients.

🔁 Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • You may reschedule once with at least 72 hours’ notice.
  • We can reschedule only ones.
  • Less than 72 hours’ notice = cancellation + loss of deposit.
  • No-shows or second reschedules = cancellation + new deposit required.

✍️ Design Policy

  • Designs are custom-drawn and shown at the appointment.
  • I do not send designs in advance.
  • Minor edits can be made during your session. Major changes may require rescheduling + a new deposit.
  • All designs remain my intellectual property until tattooed.

🖊️ Touch-Ups

  • Touch-ups are not complimentary.
  • If you believe your tattoo needs a touch-up, wait 4 full weeks and then send a clear photo of the healed area.
  • If approved, touch-up sessions are booked with a $50 non-refundable fee.
  • Touch-up appointments cannot be rescheduled. If you cancel or miss it, another $50 fee will be required to rebook.

⏱️ Late Arrival

  • Please arrive on time.
  • There is a 15-minute grace period. After 20 minutes, the appointment will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited.

🚫 Studio Rules & Etiquette

  • No guests unless approved ahead of time.
  • No filming without permission. You’re welcome to take photos after we’re done.
  • Please come rested, clean, and sober.
  • Do not bring companies or distractions — this is a focused space for both of us.

🛑 Boundaries & Behavior
I will not accept clients who:
  • Are rude, inappropriate, or disrespect boundaries
  • Try to negotiate pricing
  • Repeatedly reschedule or ghost communication
  • Please respect that I’m a working artist — not a customer service rep, therapist, or vending machine. Clear communication and trust go a long way.

🩹 Aftercare & Healing

  • I provide a detailed aftercare guide at your appointment.
  • You are responsible for following it.

Improper healing (due to picking, sun, sweat, water, or poor hygiene) is not my responsibility and may disqualify you from a touch-up.
